Installation notes:

(1) The protective film embedded in the support frame part will affect the combination of the caulking material and the PC board. Therefore, before the PC board is embedded, the protective film with an embedded amount of 5-10mm wide should be cut off.

(2) The thermal expansion and contraction of the plate is different from that of the metal frame, and it has coiling properties and bears wind pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to have an appropriate embedding amount, reserve space for thermal expansion and contraction, and select an appropriate plate thickness. Under normal circumstances, the edge of the plate extends into the fixing frame by more than 2.5CM, and a gap of 3mm per meter is generally reserved for thermal expansion and contraction.

(II) installation method two, screw installation method

Installation notes:

(1) When installing bolts or rivets through holes, the hole diameter of the plate must be 50% larger than the diameter of bolts or riveting lamps to prevent thermal expansion and contraction.

(2) All holes shall be filled with silicone, and the exposed parts shall be coated with silicone to prevent the cleaning agent from penetrating into the edges, to prevent delayed cracking and to prevent moisture or cleaning agent from entering.

(3) The head of the rivet should be 1.5-2.0 times larger than the handle, and the gasket should be used to cushion it, so that the riveting head is not directly pressed against the plate surface to reduce the pressure.

(4) The screw should not be tightened too tightly to avoid fracturing the plate. Please add metal banding for the long and short sides, and reserve expansion gaps to strengthen the fixing force.

(5) It is not advisable to use PV gaskets or waterproof tape containing asphalt components.

(6) during cold bending, avoid using screws to fix the bending part.

(3) Design points of normal temperature bending processing (as shown in the left part of the figure below)

(1) Bending radius R = 175 x t (t = sheet thickness MM)

(2)PC plate cutting principle, must be greater than the width of the length can be bent.

(IV) the bent part to avoid locking the screw (the shaded part in the right figure below is not allowed to lock the screw)

Cleaning and maintenance of (V) PC board

(1) If there is caulking, grease, paint and other adhesion, sludge PC sheet surface, be sure to be in its not hardened before, with soft cloth stained with alcohol to remove.

(2) do not use benzene, gasoline, acetone or carbon tetrachloride cleaning, while avoiding direct sunlight or forced bending construction, solvent cleaning, otherwise it will produce cracks.

(3) The dust and dirt on the surface of the PC board are generally wiped with a soft or sponge with a neutral detergent, then rinsed with clear water, and finally dried with a soft cloth.

(VI) Other matters needing attention

(1) cutting: hollow plate can be cut with a sharp knife, solid plate can be used ordinary circular saw, band saw and hand saw cutting, but when cutting the plate should be fixed, to prevent vibration, and remove the sawdust, keep the plate clean.

(2) drilling: sunshine board drilling can use ordinary drill, drilling hole diameter should be slightly larger than the bolt diameter, in order to adapt to the plate thermal expansion quasi cold contraction. In addition, it is not suitable to punch holes within 40mm from the plate edge.

(3) There are protective films on both sides of the hollow board and the solid board. In order to keep the surface of the board smooth and clean, do not damage the film before the installation is completed. In the installation process, the protective film of the edge part can be uncovered about 5CM according to the needs, and then tear off the protective film after the installation is completed.

(4) Avoid placing heavy objects on the plate during transportation, and do not touch the plate with sharp objects.

(5) before installation should be the sun board (hollow plate) all open hole end with aluminum sealing tape to prevent dust, insects into the board affect the lighting.

(6) must be installed on the side of the sun board with UV protection signs.

(7) in the installation process, the construction personnel can not directly stand on the sun board construction. After the construction is completed, the sundries on the sun board should be cleaned up.
